What can I do if a commercial seller refuses to take the item back?
I bought from a commercial seller. Wanted to send the item back. My request was rejected. Ebay closed the case. Under distance selling law, I am entitled to return it within 30 days. The appeal was not recognized BECAUSE the case is closed. What can I do?

I can't find anything about 30 days.

Cancellation period = 14 days, but since Te no longer responds, unfortunately there’s nothing more we can do.
