What is eBay doing about the account?
I have no idea why the account was restricted. An item, a gas bottle with a grill, was sold, picked up from me and paid for. For me, that was settled. Ebay also can't tell me which account I supposedly set up twice by mistake. At least not during a login attempt. Ebay is a closed book to me, as the saying goes. Best regards

you probably had your account restricted then because of a policy violation
that you don’t know which account the restriction is supposed to be for doesn’t make sense to me - either it’s shown directly in the affected account, or you received an email to the email address stored for the eBay account
... and as perfect-sally rightly writes: the grill could be picked up, because you stated that in your listing, but the buyer would have had to pay via eBay

And cash payment upon pickup is not allowed for these items, and neither is sharing data such as the pickup address before payment has been made via eBay.
You shouldn't be surprised if your account has been restricted; those are already 2 fundamental violations.
