I was the only one to bid in an auction and then realized that the item did not match the photos. I immediately asked to cancel it. Of course I didn’t pay and nothing was sent to me either. Not only did the seller not accept the cancellation, he sent me threatening messages. I’ve now blocked him and want the item out of my cart. How do I do that? Deleting it doesn’t work. Ebay says it will disappear on its own after a month. But that hasn’t happened. What can I do? Even the negative feedback I left for the seller was deleted by Ebay. I don’t think that’s right.
