I bought two tickets on 19/05 for a Coldplay concert in London on 06/09/2025. The seller stated that she was in possession of these tickets. Based on the positive reviews and the option to pay with Paypal, the offer seemed legitimate. Coldplay concert tickets are sold through the Ticketmaster platform. The buyer buys the tickets, but only receives the QR codes that allow entry a few days before the concert. Then the transfer to another Ticketmaster account can take place. The conversation with the seller took place via the Ebay platform until 4/9, including an offer to cancel on the seller's part !!, because the concert was moved up by one day due to the subway strike in Lomdon. Since 4/9 I have not been able to reach the seller anymore and the transfer has not taken place. The conversation from last week is still available. Since this is an obvious fraud, I am requesting buyer protection. The text should actually go into the report, but it can't be sent anywhere. Thank you very much for the help
