just share what exactly you're looking for and what problem you're having. I almost always find what I'm looking for on eBay, though.
On eBay, it's like it is elsewhere in real life too: "you'll get help here".

the browser is being used
the app is being used,
which version, which browser,
operating system
exactly whether the search is being done in categories or via the search bar
and so on

If you had even the slightest clue, you’d know that websites can also be accessed via an app.
Good that on Ebay you can even choose your customers to some extent.
