Neither the agent nor customer service reachable?
The Help Assistant isn't accepting messages, how can I reach customer service? (Urgent) please? regards e.f.l.

If you tell the chat bot in the help section "employee" or "call back" (if necessary several times), it should work.
Alternatively, there’s also a phone number in the legal notice.
Of course, you can also try to get support here in the forum.
