Which payment options do I have to offer as a private seller? Can I limit it to PayPal and bank transfer?

In most categories, you can offer payments with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna invoice, Klarna instant bank transfer, Klarna installment purchase, direct debit, and PayPal. Payment by manual bank transfer is no longer available on eBay.

You can't offer or exclude any payment options at all; only eBay does that.

For every item, you can see how payment can be made, and all payments first go to eBay and are only paid out later to the seller's verified bank account.

You've been around for 25 years and have never heard of the payment processing that's been around for several years now? Strange.
