Hello, I auctioned a movie on Blu-ray Disc on the third of May, paid immediately via PayPal, but the private seller (Germany is specified as the location in his profile) does not ship the movie. Before I auctioned the movie, I asked the seller a question, but haven't received an answer to it until today. So then I thought to myself, instead of waiting for the answer and risking someone else auctioning the movie, I placed a bid straight away. The delivery is predicted to arrive between the sixth and seventh of May, but there was nothing in the mailbox today and since the order still hasn't been marked as shipped, nothing is likely to arrive tomorrow either.Is it possible for an eBay employee to initiate a refund to me here in the forum, or do I have to go the normal route by using the 'Item not received' function from the eighth of May to get eBay involved after three business days if there is no resolution? The order number is: 09-14587-03331 Oh yes, and can someone tell me if items that are offered for auction, like in my case, are automatically re-listed if no bid was placed and the seller hasn't been active on eBay for a long time? The seller in my case is also offering other items for auction, and I saw that one item (a piece of furniture) was re-listed. Did he do this manually, meaning he is active on eBay, or is it an automated process? Thank you in advance for any replies.
