If buyers do not return items even though he has already received his refund
What can I do if the buyer opens a case for a refund, eBay sides with him, he gets the money back, but then doesn’t send me the item back???

Mentor1 week agoThen you handled it incorrectly because a refund is only made once the buyer has sent the item back to you.
If eBay has already processed the refund, then you did not respond in time and refunded it yourself.
You now have to sort that out with the buyer on your own, because for eBay the matter is settled once the refund has been made.
Did you send the buyer a return slip? That’s the first requirement if you want the item back.
If not, then it also won’t work through eBay anymore now that the case is closed.

why did the buyer get the money then if he hasn't sent it back yet?
Didn't you provide him with a return label?
