Who makes shipments undeliverable?
I noticed that recently the stored shipping addresses on eBay were edited and are now being transmitted in a partially mangled form. With my Packstation address, the post ID was missing, which meant the shipment could not be delivered and was sent back.
Does eBay no longer have any qualified people working there and only AI now.

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedI think you're completely wrong here! For the delivery addresses, the buyers are solely responsible for providing them in full, and the seller has to check on the label whether everything was properly taken over and compare it before the package goes out! Don't always look for someone else to blame!
Ebay definitely doesn't mangle anything there.

OP2 weeks agoThe buyer (me) has saved a Packstation address, which was still passed on correctly in June. Then at some point eBay processed the addresses and only passed them on in a mutilated form.
I assume that a delivery address that has been set up once won’t be messed up.

Mentor2 weeks agoOohh on eBay so many things keep changing all the time, and a buyer should also check from time to time whether everything is still listed correctly.

OP2 weeks agoBut in a perfect world, the changes would be made by qualified people. But who’s perfect anyway. That’s how trust in eBay fades.
