Are non-payers reported automatically?
Hello,
a buyer did not pay for 2 orders without comment. After 4 days it was automatically canceled, but before that and even now I didn't have the option to report the buyer for non-payment. Does that happen automatically now?

Mentor1 week agoIf it’s set up so that it’s cancelled after a certain period due to non-payment, the non-payer gets their mark. And that has been happening automatically for a long time already if the seller has set it to 4 days. For example, I haven’t even activated the automation at all and cancel myself after 4 days because I don’t want eBay interfering.
And if it was cancelled automatically, then of course the reason or the notice "Buyer has not paid" also no longer applies.
