As @petersmodellbahnstuebchen wrote, please have a look under Selling - Payments - All transactions. There you’ll find a list of what is currently withheld, what is being paid out, and what is available as balance.

You can view all incoming and outgoing payments under Payments - All transactions, including the reason for the payment.
Maybe just take a look there, and some questions will answer themselves.
