How do I verify a purchase offer, what risks are involved in buying
Is the seller's offer for six Midea PortaSplit units at a total price of €1,860 fully covered by eBay Buyer Protection?
Am I also protected if customs refuses the import due to missing CE, F-gas, or import documents?
Who bears import VAT, customs duties, return shipping, and any possible disposal costs?

Whether the seller has already been noticed, we can't know; for that, you should take a very close look at his ratings.
The person who imports it naturally bears the import costs, with everything that goes with it.. But as I wrote, I would stay away, trouble is guaranteed there.
You can see his ratings, are 80% trustworthy for you? For me, not at all. And in the negative ones there is a clear warning!!!

isn't there something like this to buy in Germany?
Otherwise, take a look at the seller's ratings.
And as for customs regulations, you can read up on them on the customs website.
