How do I get my proceeds?

Question

I sold an item. The customer paid for it. My proceeds were withheld, I shipped the item, and the customer received it.

In the transaction, the item was marked as bought, as paid, as shipped, but not as delivered. What happens next,

how do I get my money.

Hey, hey.

Although there can be several reasons why money isn't paid out right away, it's probably down to the tracking info not being updated on your end. It often glitches on eBay, but it should be updated for you soon.

Without proof of delivery, it may take up to 30 days for the payout. Then you'll be listed as a new seller again and will only have 1 current seller rating.
