Moinmoin! The exact same thing happened to me. There was no contact from the buyer (because, as she stated in the message she wrote to me in response to my negative feedback for her, she had had bad experiences with other sellers). We could have somehow come to an agreement. Unfortunately, nothing. It’s about something I had listed as old and partly incomplete, and since the buyer knows better than I do, it’s now too old and too incomplete for her. I would have still been okay with a neutral rating. 😞 A request to Ebay to delete the rating with the explanation that, in principle, every buyer can say, for example, if they’re in a bad mood, which I am not assuming about the buyer in question, e.g. "not as described in the listing". For me, the item was described correctly in the listing. For her, it wasn’t. So what now? That costs me my 100% positive rating. That’s unfair. Has this ever happened to any of you? Do you just accept it? I’ve really lost the desire to offer anything else here now. At the moment, because of a recent death in the family, I have a lot I’d like to sell. Better at a flea market? It’s definitely more honest than it seems.
