How much is the refund after receiving the return?
Sale order 05-15054-38822. The item wasn't liked by the buyer and is being returned to me, the seller.
The item cost €9.30 plus €7.90 shipping costs. Why should I refund €17.20? Why not just €9.30? How high is the refund?

OP2 weeks agoThank you very much. Do I understand this correctly? As a commercial seller, do I not only have to refund the paid value of the goods, but also the shipping costs?
