How can I get my money back....
Suspected fraud with a trip via eBay.
I bid on a short trip to Prague. The voucher is still valid until 11/2026 but can no longer be redeemed because the company has not been online since 06/2026 and can no longer be reached by phone either.
Unfortunately, the seller is feigning ignorance, even though the company had already ceased to exist before he listed it. How can I proceed from here.

Mentor6 days agoIf the purchase was less than 30 days ago (buyer protection period), you may be able to open a return on the grounds that the item is not as described. But I can’t say whether buyer protection even applies for such items.
