How can I request a change to the feedback overview in writing on eBay?

I have a rating of 97.9, but in the feedback overview only 1x negative and elsewhere it says:
everything is supposedly 'above average'... I can’t get through to eBay to have them explain it to me...
There was an incident 2-3 months ago where a customer bought 15 items, didn’t pay at first + claimed that
I had changed the payment terms. He paid after 14 days (I had already relisted it) + I gave
him each a negative rating, but eBay removed them. In return, he
gave me 15 negative ratings, which is the reason for the 97.9 score. I’m not computer savvy + it
took a while until I was able to talk to eBay + they no longer displayed the ratings, but left the score
at 97.9, even though they confirmed to me that I had not changed the payment terms, so
the reason was no longer valid. What to do? the artificial assistant doesn’t help and I can’t get to
the place where I can contact eBay in writing.... The feedback score puts customers off
buying, unfortunately...

Your negative rating is only counted once and not 15 times. And according to the rating profile, that makes 97.7% with 44 positive ratings.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe rating was so long ago that it could still be changed or would have been changed.
And your rating for the buyer clearly violates the guidelines, but unfortunately it probably can’t be removed either! It is not allowed to give a positive rating with negative words!
