how do I get access to my old account
I had had an account on Ebay for many years under 'queckjunior' as username + password. Now Ebay wants me to log in via an email address, via Facebook or Google. That basically works too, but all my lists have disappeared. How can I log in to Ebay the old way ???

log in to your old account as usual with your nickname and password.
The thing with Facebook and Google is always there. You don't have to use it.

Mentor1 month agoI don't think ebay requires logging in through Facebook or Google! Because then a new account is created.
Which disappeared lists are you talking about?
If you don't log into an account for ages and, for example, the email address or phone no. has changed, then it gets difficult because verification will probably be required.
In that case you have to contact customer service, there can't be any help here.

OP1 month agoI was still logged in yesterday under 'queckjunior' on Ebay. Nothing has changed since then either. I have two email addresses that are also used regularly. Under NO circumstances do I want to create a new account. Ebay does indeed require logging in with an email address.
