how do I get my money?
I sold a device, the customer paid, I have a tracking number, but it was your DHL parcel without tracking, the customer received the device, even left me a review and thanked me. On eBay, this item is listed as
Shipped label created. but not as delivered, how do I get my money ??

Mentor1 month agoWithout a tracking number and confirmed delivery from the parcel service, you may have to wait up to 30 days for your payout to your verified bank account.
A review or confirmation from the buyer will not be accepted as proof.
