How do I delete my rating?

HelloI left a negative review for the wrong product on eBay. Now the seller is pressuring me to remove this post. But I can't get any further with it, because I can't find any way to contact eBay and I only have the chatbot, which isn't helping me either. I'd like to have the review deleted, but that doesn't work because I don't understand all of this. I ask for help!

I’ve just removed the rating for you. Within the next 2 hours, the feedback will be removed from your seller profile. So you don’t need to worry about anything else.

Hi @dirklerch normally you just have to call, there’s a phone number in the eBay legal notice.

But maybe the lovely @anna_s@ebay can help out here too.

Actually, the seller can also report the review through the portal and have it removed if it was meant for another seller and you confirm that.
