For my item, it shows that the money has been released and is ready for payout.However, it is not shown in my balanceThe item has been paid for and has already been shipped (confirmation received from DHL)I would like to pay for another item with the balance, but that doesn't work because the balance is still not available - even though, according to the inquiry about the item, it has been released.How long does it take for the money to be released, and what does that depend on??
