How long does a buyer have to pick up an item

I sold a table that can only be picked up (it was explicitly stated in the listing)

Now the buyer has a problem because he lives more than 600 km away.

He can't tell me when he'll pick up the table.

How long do I have to wait? 1 week or longer?

Hi @eise_1 when it comes to pickup, it makes sense to specify a time window in the item description so buyers know what to expect.

Maybe next time write "Pickup within 2 weeks of purchase" in the item description.

If the buyer has already paid, you can also initiate the cancellation after a reasonable period, but that only works within 30 days of the sale.

Then refund the money.

After 30 days, cancellation through eBay is no longer possible.
