How to add a tracking number for one item, but a buyer has two accounts | Members help members

Hello,A large Japanese buying company purchased 3 items from me on behalf of a Japanese customer. They used 2 different accounts but with the same name. After consulting, I was able to ship the items in 2 packages. Now eBay will not let me add the tracking number for one item because eBay thinks it is 2 different buyers. But it is one and the same company with the same buyer name - just 2 acc.From eBay I keep getting the message: Tracking number is already being used. How can I add the tracking number now? At least I have already marked the item as shipped.Thank you for a response.
