To the eBay staff:First, a heads-up that I really have almost everything related to notifications activated in my account (despite the confusing menu navigation)! I check my email accounts daily, and my spam folder too. Still, I don’t receive any emails when the buyer has paid, and with Buy It Now I also don’t get a notification that the item has been sold. Then I get a reproachful push email saying shipping is overdue...I also can’t file a complaint with eBay because I can’t get past the “assistant.”What else can be done?? I’d be glad to get some info on the problem.A frustrated eBayer from Cologne... 😉
