Dear eBay Team,
I am writing to you with a formal complaint.
Over the past two months, my account has already been verified multiple times — by my count, once again, even though as I understand it verification is carried out only once. At the same time, funds from my sales are being frozen on an ongoing basis. I have no issue with verification in principle, but I do not understand why the same check is being repeated multiple times without any understandable explanation being given to me.
This approach is increasingly destroying my business: since I ship every day, each new order keeps pushing the supposed “last delivery date" further and further back — so the funds remain blocked permanently. However, I need these funds to buy new merchandise and fulfill my ongoing orders. In this way, it is impossible for my business to continue.
I hereby request that you:
release the frozen funds immediately,
provide a written explanation for the repeated verifications,
give me a fixed date from which my payouts will be made regularly.
I am giving you a deadline of 14 days from receipt of this message.
I have already sought legal advice. This complaint is the first formal step before initiating legal action. If no solution is reached within the deadline, I will consider further steps — including contacting the consumer protection center and, if necessary, initiating court debt collection proceedings.
I hope that such an escalation will not be necessary and that we can resolve the matter promptly and objectively.

I start receiving funds and I got verified taths great tnx ebay!
The problem is that after verification i get the funds 10 days after delivery not order dat but delivery date. And i need these funds asap to repay loan and buy new products i am getting out of stock so please if you have soul make adjustment to payment dates at least 4 5 days sooner, i should get funds this month on 8 9 10 if possible release that funds today i need them asap if possible release that funds today. That orders was delivered 5+ days ago.

where can i see in reports where does every cent goes from sales in vat or anzeigen where can i see that today i had one order aroun 90 euro and other around 40 auro and i get only 105 euro and i cant find explanation where these 25 euro goes

Go to "Payments - All Transactions" in the Seller Cockpit Pro. There you can see for each order what was deducted from the total amount:

You can’t sue eBay, or rather you’d be scoring an own goal, and the proceeds from a 5090 are absolutely nowhere near enough for such a case!!
Under the "Payments" tab, you can trace all account transactions.
You yourself are at huge risk of receiving a cease-and-desist letter! (Try using Google to find out what a cease-and-desist letter/injunction lawsuit would cost you).

OP2 weeks agookay so now all orders are delivered 1 stay as is not delivered but user told me in chat that he got the package and shipping isnt updated so can you now when all order delivered verify my account and unfreeze my funds or if not i demand to tell me what is the problem so i can fix it tnx for understanding

So your request here is not suitable to be read by the right people.
Furthermore: And YES, there are cases where verifications are carried out repeatedly, even for commercial sellers who have been active here for years.

if it says there that the amounts will be released on 17.09.26, so today, that means the amounts will be added to your available income.
When they land in your bank account depends on the payout method you set.
No payment simply disappears at Ebay. Everything is transparent and can be read under "Payments - All transactions".

OP2 weeks agoit is like you say when my account is not verifing but when is under status verifing payment dissapear simple are frozen it says 17 18 but actually wait to be verified and after is verified 1 week i get the payments is like this last 3 4 verification and i am 1 2 months without products they simply do whatever they like and dont care if ruin someone business

they don't do what they want, but rather what the legal requirements in Germany and the EU stipulate.
After all, certain legal regulations for sellers on an internet platform have to be followed, and that's exactly what eBay does.
There are certainly good reasons why some sellers are affected more often than others, but unfortunately these are rarely named here by complaining sellers, and for data protection reasons not by eBay.
No one here in the forum can verify your recurring problems with verification.
