where on earth can I find a supposedly provided return label....I can't find it in the messages or in the return process, and unfortunately the AI can't help either... :o(

Unfortunately, so far I can't find a return label in my "Messages".

Either it still hasn't been made available, or I'm too stupid to find it!?

I haven't had such a hassle in all my time as a member....
