Hello everyone,
I am a new seller on eBay. I shipped my item with DHL, and according to DHL, the package was successfully delivered on June 26.
However, my eBay order still says “On hold – awaiting delivery” and does not show the item as delivered.
I also noticed that the DHL tracking number shown on eBay is different from the actual DHL tracking number on my shipping receipt.
Has anyone experienced this before? How can I get eBay to correct the tracking number and release my funds?

I can see a sale in your account. A delivery is shown here, and the amount will be released from 03/07/2026.

Mentor1 month agoQuestion: where did you buy the label? If it was via eBay, the correct tracking number should be provided. You can also edit the tracking number yourself or add another correct one.
And as a new seller, even with proof of delivery, it could still be that your money is only paid out later.
Please provide the item number and an eBay employee can take a look.
