I had an issue with one of my sales. I am based in Germany and the winning bid was from the UK. On making my advert I chose the option with DHL International packing offered in the menus. It has worked great in the past but with the UK it seems to have had an issue. It charged the buyer the price for EU international countries which it's 17.49€ (rather than the UK price of 26.99€), plus the import duties for the UK. The problem came that then I didn't get the option of printing the shipping label as usual, it had a note saying that no service was possible for this destination. So I was in a situation where the buyer had paid both shipping and import duties to eBay, but then I couldn't use that money to get the actual shipping label. I ended up canceling as it made no sense to continue with the sale, but it definitely didn't seem right that eBay charged for something and then doesn't provide any option.
