I bought an item with buyer protection 2 days ago. Now the money has been transferred from my account to Ebay, but the status is still "In progress" and "Payment started" and the seller has not received any money or a message saying that he can ship the package. Now I’m wondering whether the transaction will still resolve itself automatically, or whether something has gone completely wrong here and I should take action. Thank you for any help
