Hello everyone,
I want to send a buyer (in Poland) an invoice for 3 items. I've sold to Poland several times before and so far everything has been
fine. Now, when I want to send the buyer the invoice (i.e. send payment information), I get the following message:
Invoices cannot be sent for orders with eBay International Shipping.
Why?
Ebay is not responding to my inquiries.
The buyer in Poland also cannot request a combined invoice.
Is there a system error or something similar?

you have activated "eBay International Shipping" in your listings.
In that case, you first send it to eBay and they then forward it to the buyer.
Nothing can be combined there.
If you don't want that, you have to disable/delete the shipping option

And if sending the invoice doesn't work, then the buyer should just pay and you make a partial refund.
