Hello

I sold a card that took some time to arrive at the buyer’s place, and now he has reported a payment dispute before the specified shipping date.

I wanted to send him a message, but now the account has been deleted/is no longer available.

What should/must I pay attention to or do now?

The payment dispute currently in progress was opened by the buyer directly with their payment service provider, not with eBay. In such cases, we have no direct influence on the decision.

In such cases, we recommend tracking the status of the dispute in the eBay account under "Payment disputes" and providing evidence. I wish you a quick resolution and happy Pentecost.
