Delivered too much
Hello dear community,
I have already contacted the seller, but he doesn't understand my problem, and of course the automatic assistant doesn't either.
Well, it's not really a problem.
I ordered 2 batteries 🔋 for Makita, 20 were sent to me. Do I send 18 back? I only paid for 2 as well.
Thank you very much for your help
Kind regards
O. K.

Mentor1 month agoThe seller is your contact person and he is also responsible for any return shipment and has to pay for it.
What is there not to understand on the seller’s part 🙄
