The promised refund from January 2026 has still not been issued to this day

eBay-confirmed acceptance of the return dated 6/1/2026 and the promised refund of the purchase price has not been paid to date. Repeated follow-up inquiries are answered with: "we are taking care of it".

That just isn't okay!!!!

What can I do?

And you remember that half a year later? Great!

If an employee wants to look at that, you need some kind of reference like item no., order no., case no. so it can be assigned correctly.
