I messaged the buyer several times. My problem is that I have to drive 30 km to the parcel shop if I have to pick up the shipped package again because the buyer, for reasons unknown to me, neither replies nor picks up the package. This is now the 2nd time, and last year too he didn't pick up the package. He only has 100% ratings. I don't understand how this can be resolved.
