Hello,I sent a package to the address provided by the buyer, however the package could not be delivered with the note: "The recipient could not be found at the address on the shipment.". The package is now being returned.The buyer now wants me to send the package again to a different address once I have received it back. Of course, shipping costs will be incurred again. My question is how can I invoice him for these? I want to handle this through Ebay and not through Paypal or anything else...

You must not ship to a different address if you don't want to lose your seller protection! And through eBay, it’s also not possible to make the shipping costs be paid again; that would only work outside of it!
