two names
Sold a lighter yesterday. The buyer is registered on eBay in Kuwait.
The delivery address is in Italy. The names are also different.
What should I do (cancel or ship.

I wouldn’t ship abroad at all, not even within Europe, because then the buyer protection doesn’t run through ebay.de but through the website where the buyer made the purchase.
Normally you have to ship it; the buyer can enter whatever name they want during checkout, it doesn’t have to be their own, it can be for a friend/relative too.
You’ll have to decide that all on your own.

Mentor2 weeks agoThen you have to refund the buyer the full amount and get a defect on your Ebay account, since you did not deliver the item.
If payment was made, the amount is visible in your Ebay account, but is not yet available.

That a buyer has a delivery address different from their own address is quite common. I have many foreign customers, for example, who have the goods sent to a domestic address. Maybe your Kuwaiti one does something similar.

Cancel the purchase, take a defect and just change your future offers when shipping to within Germany only.
Even then, a buyer from Kuwait or from somewhere else can bid, but they have to have a German delivery address.
