if the customer claims the item does not match the description, you have to prove that this is not the case.
If you can’t do that, you should provide the buyer with a return label.
Otherwise, the amount and the item are with the buyer.

You don’t need a sticker, but rather a label that the buyer can use to send the item back to you.
If you don’t do that, eBay will decide for you.
