I recently started a company. Nothing special in itself, except that it's been a real ordeal to get this made clear to eBay. So much so that my account is now blocked because “the data doesn't match.” They never say WHAT is wrong. I keep talking to what I think is an AI-powered bot. I sent over KBO details, VIES VAT number verification, and even the notary's deed of incorporation. Unfortunately, without success.
If someone reads this and has a phone number for eBay or knows a person who works there, I would love to hear from you. I even wanted to close my account, but that doesn't work either...
