It's not possible to add pictures from the smartphone

Hello, I currently can’t add images to auctions.
When I create an offer on the PC and click there that I want to upload images from my smartphone, I get a notification on this one, so far so normal.
When I click this, eBay opens (on the smartphone) and an (endless) loading symbol appears (I let it run for 5 minutes once).
What can I do? I’ve already called support, reinstalling the app didn’t help.

·3 weeks agoSince the app not only works poorly, is buggy, and doesn’t offer all functions, how about the mobile view, have you tried that already?

·3 weeks agoThe app always has some kind of problems anyway. Why not transfer the pictures to the PC and upload them from the PC to eBay? That would be the easiest way for me.

OP3 weeks agoUnfortunately, that’s very cumbersome for me, I have a lot of listings and want to document any possible damage to the items fairly for both sides. Most of the time, though, those only become noticeable when I’m listing them (when I want to take the pictures)
