Discrepancy in shipping costs in the quote vs. the setup form
Summary: lidor3073 reports a problem with the shipping cost display on his listings. Although he has set up two shipping options, one of them is incorrectly shown as free even though it is paid. He temporarily removed the second provider to work around the problem. After publishing the listings, he had to fix the settings the awkward way via the browser because the app did not allow any changes. Another participant, voli-maus, asked about using the browser, whereupon lidor3073 highlighted how easy the app is to use, but that it doesn’t work reliably.

I don't know whether this is intentional or not.... I've created 3 offers for this evening and scheduled them with a time; in addition, as I always have recently, I provided two shipping providers to choose from (DHL & Hermes, size depending on the volume of the item(s)). Today I wanted to do the same for small items - Hermes parcel 5.19 euros OR DHL package up to 2 kg 6.19 euros. When reviewing the offers, I then noticed that the second shipping option shows FREE SHIPPING in the offer and 6.19 euros in the editing mask (buyer pays). I've attached images to illustrate the dilemma. And no, I don't have a laptop available to correct this or to have a supposedly better editing mask. As a logical consequence, I have now removed the second shipping provider and only offered Hermes.
Or does the second provider appear once the offers are online?!

OP3 weeks agoAdditionally: Now that the offers are online, there was no change to be found or made in the app.
I had to set it up laboriously through the browser. That's not the final answer.

Because using it on a phone is a pain. It’s annoying enough here in the community that I have to use the browser. The app is easier to use - but it should work better.
