Disable eBay terms and conditions?
Summary: artifiko had issues setting individual shipping costs on eBay due to enforced shipping policies. perfect-sally noted that this was a known problem they have been waiting to resolve without success. lidor3073 found success by deactivating the policies through the seller's dashboard and was able to set shipping individually using the app, without affecting existing listings.
Hello everyone!
I don't exactly know what I did wrong there, but as of recently I can no longer set shipping costs individually for new listings; instead, for some reason, I have to select some shipping conditions. Since I sell very different things, I'd much rather set these individually every time.
But if I try to delete the basic conditions, an error message appears saying that they are still enabled for X listings and that I should use different basic conditions there. But I actually don't want to use any and want to go back to the old sales form, where I could configure shipping costs myself.
How do I do that?

·2 weeks agoEbay has a problem and the settings can't be deleted. I've been waiting for weeks for something to happen there, but unfortunately it's been in vain.

·2 weeks agoI was able to deactivate the framework conditions in the seller cockpit. Ongoing offers were not “messed up.” I did a test and can set shipping individually. View via the app.
