Error code: 21919490 etope Lister 2.27

Hello, I've had the problem since last week that the above error message keeps appearing in the etope Lister when I have an item checked. However, this error message does not appear with every account. If I assign the same item from this account here to another account in etopelister, WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING, and then run the same check with the other account, it succeeds.
The error message comes via the eBay API; unfortunately, my previous calls to eBay were unsuccessful because they didn't understand the problem there. I was then told by email that I should take screenshots via the EBAY app (which isn't what this is about at all and I don't even use) and send them to eBay. OMG
Right now I'm completely at a loss, since I haven't changed anything in etopeLister. Even auctions that were successfully uploaded last week are now being flagged because the image URLs are supposedly wrong: error details: eBay Picture Service URL links, but they aren't.

Hello @bastler-hardware and thanks for your description. Is the second account, with which the test was successful, also registered as a private eBay account, or is it a commercial account? This information could be helpful in narrowing down the cause.
@petersmodellbahnstuebchen and @voli-maus - there was a bit of confusion here, because since @bastler-hardware uses a private eBay account, this section is best suited for the inquiry for now. That’s why we’ve re-enabled the comments here and hidden the second post as a duplicate.

I think that you'd be better off in another subforum, since you're more likely to meet users there who use the etope-Lister.
