Sold items - deleting orders doesn't work for days
If I go to "Sell - Overview" --> "Orders" --> select "Select all orders" and click delete, nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong, or what's going on there?

·1 month agoHello, take a look at the previous post, that exact problem is being discussed there.
Are you talking about "MY EBAY"? Deleting no longer works for me there.
So the list doesn’t get so long and confusing, you can do the following:
go to Seller Cockpit Pro (VCP), then to Orders and then to ALL Orders. There you can see everything you’ve sold.
Behind each item there is a small circle with 3 vertical dots.
In this drop-down menu, the last option says "ARCHIVE".
If you click on that, the item is also deleted from the list of sold items (orders) in "MY EBAY"! It’s a bit cumbersome, but for now that’s the only way to delete the orders list, best regards
