It is not possible to pay the full purchase price with eBay credit!

For 2 days now, I haven’t been able to pay the full item price with my balance. I always have to pay at least €0.01 with PayPal.
For example, an item costs €10.99. My balance is €12.00. I can’t pay the full amount of €10.99 with my balance.
The button “Buy with eBay balance” is greyed out.
But €10.98 with balance and €0.01 with PayPal works. I’ve tried it on two different PCs, with Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as with the Chrome and Edge browsers. The error still persists. Payment not possible. However, it works with my smartphone and the eBay app. Very good. No malfunctions.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?
