Shipment status is not being updated and payment is being withheld

For my sale with item number 257627801765, I have meanwhile received positive feedback, the item has also arrived, and yet the payment is being withheld because the shipping status is not being updated.

Can you do something about this here?

The fact that you haven't received a payout yet is not due to the send status. That is current.

The fact that the payout will only be made on 26.07.2026 has to do with the amount of the purchase price.

Please have a little more patience for the next few days.

First of all, tracking on ebay is unfortunately always lagging behind.

Also, you only have 1 current review as a seller and are listed as a new seller. Then you sold an expensive item that is prone to complaints. ebay calls that risk management.

I suspect that, even if it is shown as delivered, you won't receive your payout in a timely manner.
