Offers blocked due to violation of EPR principles – what else do I need to do?

Hello everyone,
my eBay listings were suddenly all blocked because of a „policy violation“. If I click on the policy, I end up at the information on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
I only sell normal products and no electronics, batteries, or similar products. Also, so far I have only sold to Germany.
I already have a LUCID registration. However, I’m not sure whether the problem is that I haven’t yet submitted a packaging quantity report for 2026.
Does anyone know what exactly I still need to do now so that my listings get unblocked again?
Do I just need to submit the quantity report for 2026 and enter the LUCID number at eBay, or is there another EPR registration or number at eBay that I need to enter?

You’re selling to countries that require an EPR number. You can either exclude these countries from your offers or add in this number accordingly.
If you’ve taken one of the measures, then you’d need to contact phone customer service again so they can check it and remove the blocks.

Unfortunately, my listings are still blocked. If I click on “Report a problem” for an affected listing, I am simply redirected and get the following message:
I have already checked whether I may have shipped individual items abroad or offered them for international sale. That is not the case.
In addition, all listings can no longer be edited. Unfortunately, the eBay phone support also couldn’t help me at all in finding the specific error or the cause.

·2 weeks agoFirst of all, you’re in the wrong board if you’re a commercial seller and you’re posting in private trading and discussions.
And of course registering with Lucid is not enough; the number also has to be stored with eBay.
And it also doesn’t matter what type of item you sell, as long as you ship it and use packaging & packing materials.
Let’s ask an eBay employee whether she can see what it could really be due to.

The packaging is licensed, registered with LUCID, and the number is also stored with eBay. @samantha@ebay

Your data on eBay matches the data at the BZSt 100%? That could also be a reason if all items are deleted, but that actually has nothing to do with the message you received.

OP2 weeks agoI checked, everything matches up. When I click on the policy violation, I get to the EPR info page. Unfortunately, I don't understand why, since everything is stored correctly. Thanks for your help!
