Handling articles from the Nazi era

I have been selling stamps commercially on Ebay for over 25 years. And just as long there has been confusion about what may and may not be sold from the period 1933 to 1945. In fact, the rules are clear.

For stamps there is an explicit exception:
The following items are permitted:
Stamps and official means of payment from the National Socialist era (1933-1945). The seller must obscure any unconstitutional symbols present on the item in the images in their listing.

Today, once again, a listing of mine was removed that actually complies with the rules: a harmless postal order from one private person to another, on which some stamps bear a swastika, as is the case with many stamps from that period. Of course, I made that unrecognizable by pixelating it. My complaint was met only with the terse reply.
"The trade in stamps on which unconstitutional symbols, propaganda, Adolf Hitler or other Nazi figures are depicted is not permitted on our marketplace. "
This sentence contradicts the exception formulated in the official policy that I just quoted. And it was exactly these policies that were cited as the basis for the removal.
Then they could just remove the specially introduced "1933-1945" category for German stamps altogether, because otherwise Ebay would never keep up with deleting them. Apparently sometimes the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

In addition to the symbols, all propaganda texts should also be covered !
Whether you also need to cover the head of the moustached guy is something everyone argues about, but it can also happen that a control employee complains about it ... is there maybe a text readable on the receipt ?
