I was also cheated,
By a seller who supposedly sent the item. And then he sent a €2 refund (full value of €388) and deleted his account on eBay. And according to eBay's assistant, everything is fine?

No seller on Ebay can delete their account that quickly if they’ve just sold something. Ebay kicked them off.
An Ebay employee will surely be able to help you here.
