eBay removes approved AXA & Sigma bicycle lights despite K-number and ECE – demands photos of the certification marks on the item? | Regulations

Hello everyone,I currently have a serious problem with eBay and am hoping for experiences or opinions from other sellers.Several of my listings for original bicycle lights from AXA and Sigma were removed on the grounds that they allegedly violated eBay's policy on vehicle parts or were supposedly not ECE-approved.One of the items affected is this rear light, among others:AXA Juno E-Bike LED rear light with brake light functionThe problem:The rear light clearly has official test markings and approvals:K1749 (German type approval)E1 025124 (ECE approval mark)IA test markingStVZO approvalThis information is included both in the title and in the item description.An eBay employee has now told me that I also have to upload images on which the K number is directly visible on the lighting part.I think that is problematic because:Manufacturers themselves often do not even provide such detailed images.With new goods in their original packaging, this is sometimes not visible.The approval data is officially documented and has already been fully stated.My questions:Is eBay even entitled to demand such additional photo evidence, even though the approval is clearly described?Has anyone had similar experiences with AXA or Sigma lighting?Can eBay simply remove approved bicycle lighting across the board?Would you take legal action against this, or would you rather file another appeal?I get the impression that bicycle lighting is being wrongly treated here like vehicle lighting.Thanks for your thoughts.
